Topone33 Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Our Platform

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms shall have the meanings as defined below:

• "topone33" or "Platform" – refers to the topone33.ws website and all services provided through it.
• "User" or "Member" – an individual who has registered an account and is using the topone33 services.
• "Account" – a personal account registered by the user on the topone33 platform.
• "Deposit" – funds deposited by the user into their topone33 account using an approved payment method.
• "Withdrawal" – the process of transferring a winning balance from a topone33 account to the user's payment method.
• "Bonus" – additional credits or benefits granted by topone33 to users in accordance with the applicable promotional terms.
• "Rollover" – the minimum wagering requirement that must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "RNG" – Random Number Generator (RNG) used to ensure fair play.

To register and use the topone33 platform, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Age 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident residing in Malaysia.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently on the self-exclusion list of any gambling regulatory body.
• Not registering on behalf of another individual or any third party.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at topone33. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether the same or different name, phone number, email address, device, or payment method is used.

Users are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of all information provided during registration.
• The confidentiality of their account password and login credentials.
• All activity that occurs within their account, whether carried out directly or by a third party.
• Updating profile information in the event of any changes.

Topone33 only accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). All transactions are processed through the following approved payment methods:

Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless specifically approved by the topone33 team. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Topone33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following rollover requirements:

• First deposit bonus (up to RM500) – 10x rollover of the total deposit + bonus amount.
• Weekly sports cashback – rollover 3x.
• Monthly reload bonus – 8x rollover.
• Poker tournament bonus – 5x rollover.

Topone33 reserves the right to:

• Modifying, suspending, or cancelling any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Declining or voiding any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or exploitation.
• Determining a user's eligibility to receive any promotion.

All bets placed on topone33 are final once confirmed by the system. Users may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been submitted and confirmed. topone33 reserves the right to void bets under the following circumstances:

• Technical errors causing odds or match information to be displayed incorrectly.
• A match is cancelled, postponed for more than 24 hours, or terminated early.
• Confirmed evidence of match fixing as determined by the relevant sporting authority.
• Bets placed after an event has started (for pre-match markets).

For Sports Betting on football, including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, and UCL, odds are displayed in Decimal (European) format. For casino games, all rounds use independently certified RNG. For poker, all tables operate under standard Texas Hold'em, Omaha Hi-Lo, and other applicable format rules.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the topone33 platform:

• Registering or using more than one account.
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any third-party tools to play.
• Colluding with other players to exploit the platform.
• Exploiting software glitches or odds display errors.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform.
• Transferring funds between different topone33 member accounts for the purpose of accumulating bonuses.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geo-restrictions.
• Spreading false information, defamatory content, or any material that is unlawful in relation to topone33.

Topone33 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• A user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Users suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• The user fails to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• A court order or directive from a regulatory body requiring the account to be frozen.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request to the topone33 customer support team via live chat or email. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded via the original payment method within 3–5 business days upon completion of identity verification.

Topone33 shall not be liable for any indirect, unforeseen, or consequential loss or damage arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or technical failures beyond topone33's control.
• Failures or delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Any losses arising from betting decisions made by the user.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in maintaining password confidentiality.
• Any service disruption resulting from scheduled system maintenance.

In cases where topone33's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, topone33's maximum liability to the user shall be limited to the amount of the user's most recent deposit.

Topone33 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page.

Topone33 will endeavour to provide users with reasonable notice via:

• A notice link on the platform's main page.
• In-platform notification upon login.
• Email to the user's registered email address (where applicable).

Continued use of the topone33 platform after any amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account in accordance with the procedure outlined in Section 8.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the topone33 platform shall first be referred to voluntary negotiation between both parties for resolution.

If negotiations fail to reach a resolution within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.

The user hereby agrees that any legal action or proceedings relating to the topone33 platform may only be filed within the jurisdiction of Malaysia and not in any other jurisdiction.
